In November 2016, Retail Asia Academy's Pocket SEED solution was bestowed with an Innovation Award by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). Pocket SEED is a workplace learning solution designed for Prince's Landscape & Construction that empowers workers to learn on-the-job through bite sized content in a practical and engaging manner through their mobile devices. The panelist commented that it was a "simple solution that is very scalable". Parallel to our design principles, we believe strongly that the process of learning should be kept simple and accessible, bearing in mind the end-user.
