RAVE - An initiative supported by SkillsFuture, is a virtual simulation for Retail Associates to practice selling skills on their mobile. In just 2 weeks, over 70% of Charles & Keith Group's Retail Associates felt that they gained a better understanding of the company's service model and was able to perform more confidently at their workplace. In November 2016, Retail Asia Academy's Pocket SEED solution was bestowed with an Innovation Award by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). Pocket SEED is a workplace learning solution designed for Prince's Landscape & Construction that empowers workers to learn on-the-job through bite sized content in a practical and engaging manner through their mobile devices. The panelist commented that it was a "simple solution that is very scalable". Parallel to our design principles, we believe strongly that the process of learning should be kept simple and accessible, bearing in mind the end-user.
